The customer is a Rotterdam-based live-streaming gear integrator planning to make this gimbal stabilizer the hero SKU of their own-brand (private-label) live-streaming kit. Their two biggest worries were face-tracking latency and stability, and the durability of the brushless motor under long live streams. We provided real tracking demo footage, 72-hour continuous ageing-test data, and customised packaging plus a firmware boot logo per the customer brand. The samples passed their internal review after a week of continuous in-office demos, and the first order of 800 units covered the European launch.
