These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders placed with Guangdong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Your purchase order is an offer; we accept it only by written confirmation such as a sales contract or proforma invoice.
1. Quotes & Orders
A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Price, specification, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time in the written confirmation prevail over any earlier discussion or correspondence.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude freight and insurance unless agreed otherwise. Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% against a scanned copy of the shipping documents; an irrevocable L/C at sight is available for larger contracts.
3. Samples
Samples are usually prepared within 6-9 days after confirmation. The sample cost and courier charge are on the buyer and are refunded against the first production order.
4. Production & Lead Time
Production starts after receipt of the deposit and approval of the pre-production sample. Lead time is normally 20-45 days depending on quantity and customization. Delays caused by the buyer (approvals, artwork or payment) extend the lead time accordingly.
5. Inspection & Quality
Finished goods are inspected in-house against the approved samples and our AQL-based criteria. Third-party inspection is welcome at the buyer's cost and must be booked before shipment.
6. Shipping & Documentation
We ship by sea, air or express under the agreed incoterm. Every shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and, where applicable, Form E and test reports.
7. Intellectual Property & Liability
Products of our own design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Designs supplied by the buyer are used solely to produce the buyer's order. Our liability is limited to the contract value of the goods concerned.
8. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Guangdong, China. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
